从上周一开始，我的左臂内侧就感到灼痛，我查了半天，判断是得了臂丛神经痛，是由于颈椎压迫引起的，于是每天做两遍颈椎的活动，周五中午到牡丹园的盲丙按摩做了一个颈椎按摩，到了下午，突然发现手臂内侧起了一排红疙瘩，上网一查才知道，原来是得了带状疱疹，由于劳累所致，在出疹前，会痛四到五天，就象是臂丛神经痛一样，症状完全一样。
今天到北医三院，结果没挂上号，就到了中日友好，结果开了1300块钱的药，可真是够贵的。不过还好，算是比较有效，现在已经好多了。
希望看到博客的朋友，都要注意身体。
